We have an exciting opportunity for a** Part Time Custodian **to join our team in Innisfail

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow standard janitorial cleaning schedules and complete duties to meet industry and/or company standards.
- Day-to-day cleaning and disinfecting of washroom facilities, lunchroom and kitchen areas, offices, meeting rooms and reception areas.
- Maintain storage areas, cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies in a safe and orderly manner.
- Ensure stock levels of essential items are maintained and follow proper ordering procedures.
- Follow proper security procedures to protect property and staff. This includes locking up facilities and arming security system as required.
- Follow proper reporting procedures for safety events (hazards, incidents & injuries) and maintenance issues.
- Assist with outside grounds work when assigned.
- Assist with snow and ice removal from area immediately surrounding the main office building.
- Other duties, as advised by direct supervisor

**Key Role Qualifications & Experience Required**:

- 3+ years’ experience with building maintenance/janitorial duties
- A strong knowledge of industry standards
- Current Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certificate
- Manufacturing industry experience considered a strong asset.

**Working Conditions**:

- Shift includes Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Overtime may be required
- Uneven and rough terrain
- Exposure to various fumes when in the shop facilities

Excellent benefits, Vacation, and a $500.00 signing bonus after successfully completing a 90-day probationary period.
