**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Opening service work orders.
- Reviewing finished work orders, to be reviewed before invoice is finalized.
- Taking customer electronic payments as required.
- Working with Fleet Maintenance Vendors, ie Holman
- Assisting Mechanics with ordering parts as required from the parts department.
- Managing the workflow for the Tire Service techs including booking appointments and dispatching service calls.
- Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Responding to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting the service manager to maintain the shop schedule

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently while multitasking.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
