**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and with exceptional service. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Juana Ines is a family restaurant and we are a growing team works with heart, in a warm, friendly and flavourful environment.

**Duties**
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by communicating special requests or dietary restrictions from guests to the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Help with food handling, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to enhance overall guest experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurants or hotels, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both guests and team members.
- A clean and professional appearance, reflecting the standards of our hospitality environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
