Solidworks Draftsperson

**Duties**
- Create and update Solidworks part and assembly models from existing machinery documentation.
- Create and update Bills of Material for purchasing and manufacturing.
- Create 2D drawings for manufacturing and purchasing
- Location is on site at Roteq offices in Concord, Ontario.
- Initial term is 12 month contract with the possibility to transition to full time employee.

**Qualifications, required skills and abilities**:

- Post secondary diploma or degree from mechanical design program
- Minimum 2 years experience producing documentation for mechanical parts and assemblies using Solidworks mechanical with PDM professional.
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of machine weldment, fabrication and general machining techniques
- Communicate fluently with other team members in English
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
