Encourage safety interventions and maintain a culture where safety and quality come first. - **Field and Laboratory Testing** - Conduct on-site testing of various materials, including compaction, concrete, and asphalt testing. Prepare reports and enter data using both manual and digital reporting systems. - **Equipment Management** - Maintain and ensure proper handling of materials testing equipment, including Nuclear Gauges, concrete testing tools, and laboratory instruments. - **Client Collaboration** - Work closely with clients to provide technical expertise and maintain strong relationships. Actively participate in Inline Group’s ISO 9001 Quality Program and corporate HSE program. - **Technical Excellence** - Support geotechnical investigations and instrumentation work while ensuring accurate and reliable testing results to meet industry standards. **What We’re Looking For**: - **Experienced Professional** - You have 3-5 years of industrial/civil materials testing experience at an intermediate to senior level. - **Qualified & Skilled** - Strong knowledge of Nuclear Gauge usage, field concrete testing procedures, and laboratory testing requirements. A Geotechnical/Civil Engineering diploma or equivalent is preferred. - **Ready for the Job** - You hold a Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record and are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
