**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a dedicated, safety-oriented Shipper/Receiver, who pays attention to detail. If you would like to become part of a progressive, fast-growing company, this is the position for you

**What will you do?**
- Ensure all delivery requirements/logistics for each customer are followed.
- Process orders and ensure inventory levels are updated in inventory software.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shipping/receiving and warehouse area, ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance and Worksafe standards.
- Weekly inventory of warehouse supplies
- Visually inspect suppliers dropping off or picking up orders, to ensure safety in the shipping/receiving area.
- Maintain records and checklists; file paperwork
- Plan and organize pick ups with various carriers based on requested delivery dates
- Occasionally contribute to roasting or packaging efforts depending on production needs.

**Who are you?**
- 2+ years' experience as Shipper/Receiver in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Computer literate (Google docs, Google sheets, NetSuite; Amazon and Shopify vendor experience is an asset)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Team Player

**Considerations**:

- Required to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Working in a manufacturing environment, noise and temperature fluctuations of heat and cold
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs over waist level
- Strong scent of roasted coffee

**Nice to haves**:

- Forklift and/or electric pallet jack certificate is desirable
- First Aid Certification is desirable
