**Purpose of Position**:

- To assist Seasons/Groups Coordinator in carrying out the functions necessary to ensure the smooth transition of groups from point of hand-off to departure also to help customers with their purchases of their season pass.
- Selling Season Passes from setup of all systems to execution of passes

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To supervise and train Season Pass/Groups cashiers, assisting the Season Pass & Groups Coordinator
- Maintain programs, products, and routines
- Responsible for accuracy of sales and collection of payments
- Maintaining accurate databases
- Production and accuracy of reports
- Coordinating guest and staff passes
- Communicating Pass Policies and Procedures
- To process online Season pass orders
- To redeem online orders prior to season
- To make changes and take payments for groups/seasons on a daily basis
- To organize preset information and complete data entry
- To make calls for preset and accounts receivable
- To act as the Groups Greeter on quiet days as required
- To perform other related duties as required

***Authority**:

- To issue complimentary tickets as required
- To issue refunds as required
- To be responsible for own voids and checking of reports
- To approve ADP time and attendance when Supervisor is away
