Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in delivering material digital transformation projects to global organizations.
- Experience in Program Management, Client Service, or Management Consulting.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base.
- Experience in leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making/prioritization and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Understanding of the overall cloud marketplace and the differentiation of various Google Cloud offerings.
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and define a path to resolution.
**About the job**:
- As a Google Cloud Program Manager, you will specialize in the program management, governance, and orchestration of large-scale cloud engagements. This will involve supporting our customers and internal teams in their delivery and execution of our large programs. You'll also plan and execute the governance of cloud adoption, IT transformation, or cloud migrations. In addition, you will work to understand the fundamentals of Enterprise IT and cloud technologies.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the program management of multi-functional and large Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
- Manage the risks, issues, and actions for accounts, and track them regularly to meet the expected outcomes and timelines. Build mitigation plans as the program evolves.
- Manage the delivery quality of the partner teams and resources.
- Organize various project requirements into clear goals and objectives. Transform large projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
