This role requires a minimum 3 years of related experience in IT engineering field. Having previous experience in various industries such as processing, manufacturing, agriculture, or construction would be an asset. Your education should include at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system engineering, business administration, or another related field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define, create, test, put into practise and manage IT systems integration within the industrial projects of our firm
- Assist with IT component of projects which our office has been hired to manage
- Evaluate current internal procedures and IT systems
- Identify discrepancies, investigate, document and assure necessary corrections are implemented accordingly
- Assist our engineering team in integrating IT systems within the existing and future projects
- Analyze IT platforms and systems within existing projects to support our engineering team in proposing and implementing the correct solution to the client
- Design quality assurance methods and tests for the creation and enhancement of new and current systems and ensure smooth integration of IT systems for the engineering team
- Plan and perform regular maintenance strategies as required on system and components within our projects
- Troubleshoot team reported issues and detect areas for improvement in the IT systems by collecting and evaluating data and customer feedback
- Responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure following up with customers with the solution

- Attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system engineering, business administration, or another related field
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
