Office Administrator

This position will be based at our location and no travel is required. A hybrid work arrangement or flexible hours may be possible, depending on the applicant. CTS is a growing company, and this role can be tailored to the skills of the applicant.
**What You’ll Do**:
**Customer Logistics**
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering knowledgeable and responsive customer service
- Coordinate customer site visits, prepare equipment for installation
- Work within ticketing system
**Inventory Management and Bookkeeping**
- Receive, document, organize inventory
- Create purchase orders, receive and organize inventory
- Update sales orders, invoice customers, receive payments
**What You Bring**:
- 3+ years’ experience in administrative work, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Post-secondary diploma in accounting, business administration, or a related discipline is an asset.
- High level of accuracy and strong numerical literacy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, accounting software; experience with Spire/Sage/Business Vision is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge or interest in our product lines is a definite asset.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
