At **Telepoll Market Research Inc.**, we are an industry leader in the market research and data collection field, looking to enlist professional, energetic, committed outbound **Telephone Interviewers** to conduct market research & customer satisfaction surveys in English (no sales involved at all).

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English language skills - Reading and Speaking
- Strong comprehension and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and comfort speaking over the telephone
- Ability to follow script, asking consumers and business professionals a pre-determined series of questions on a variety of topics
- Basic typing skills and comfort using a computer
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately input response during live telephone interviews
- Reliable, punctual and able to take direction in English
- We recommend that new employees be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccination status

**Fully bilingual French positions are also available**

**Current shift availability is for EVENINGS and WEEKENDS. Interviewers should be available to work at least 4 shifts per week. MUST be able to start at 5pm weekdays and 12pm on a weekend. **Earlier hours are sometimes possible on weekdays, however early shifts are dependent on specific projects and when they become available.

**Evening times, MON - FRI: 5-10pm or 5-11:30pm**

**Weekend times, SAT: 12-6pm or 12-8pm**

**Location**: closest major intersection is Leslie Street & York Mills Road in North York/Toronto **(work position is at the office, NOT remote)**

Position starting rates: $15.00/hr (English rate); $16.00hr (Bilingual French rate)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service/Call centre/Market Research: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:
