**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare various types of sushi rolls and nigiri.
- Prepare tamagoyaki and oshinko.
- Have knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine.
- Communicate ideas to other kitchen staff.
- Be familiar with Japanese fish, seafood, and vegetable products.
- Understand sake and wine pairings with sushi.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: $18.50-$24.50 per hour
