About You

You possess at least 1 year of QA experience with manual testing.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

You are comfortable with agile methodology, and testing tools and techniques.

You have the ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate well with other departments.

You love solving problems and deciphering puzzles. You run tests on new software products to ensure that programs satisfy all specifications and requirements.

You have an incredible memory and it not only helps you pick up inconsistencies you have “seen somewhere” else, and you also remember where.

You obsess over the details and continuous improvement. You know that it’s important to get all those little things just right. It’s never a race, it’s always a marathon.

Things You Might Do

Workhub is in a big growth phase, so you'll likely get your hands dirty in a little bit of everything. That said, here are some things you'll get to focus on:

- Execute manual testing - functional and non-functional.
- Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive test cases.
- Identify and log well-documented software defects found during testing. Track them through their defect lifecycle.
- Communicate and work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed.
- Provide feedback from your testing experience to the development team as well as collecting feedback from them.
- Work closely with the Product Group to help them develop detailed acceptance criteria.
- Grow with Workhub. You see that business intelligence and analytics drives a Software business. With new features and new customers there is always an opportunity to help find solutions to questions and paths we haven’t even discovered yet. You are building the front line and you want to see how to maximize our customer experience.
