**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Must have “Ready to Eat” food packaging experience
- Must be comfortable handling raw meat
- Responsible for packaging and labeling finished meat products for shipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift and keep up with line speed
- Work in a cold environment (4 degrees Celsius).
- Help maintain high cleanliness standards in the workplace.
- Maintain equipment and tools necessary for packaging tasks.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- Proficient in packaging techniques and assembly processes.
- Experience using hand tools and warehouse equipment effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Ability to fabricate packaging materials as required.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**: $21.00 per hour

**Expected hours**: Up to 40 hours per week

**Shift Timing**: 7 am to 3:30 pm but flexible to stay longer when needed.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (8 hours). Weekend as needed
