ROLE SUMMARY: **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Responsible for connecting with Enterprise Johnson & Johnson network to define and deploy technology strategies as they relate to the Guelph site. - Drafting equipment qualification protocols and reports and executing approved qualification protocol test cases for new equipment. - Develop, test and implement coded procedures (Biovia LES) to support quality laboratory testing. - Collaborate with business partners to develop/improve processes in order to meet Regulatory requirements, and lead/facilitate the implementation phase. - Assist with Project Management activities, including owning change controls and deliverables related to site projects that are impactful to related quality systems. - Supporting successful regulatory and Johnson & Johnson audit activities. **Qualifications** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required: - Bachelor of Science or related program - Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience in a Laboratory or Quality Assurance setting including equipment and system lifecycle management - Knowledge of GXP practices (GMP, GDP and GLP) Asset: - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs, and those with coding or CSV experience - Prior experience with a food, water or pharmaceutical laboratory COMPETENCIES: - Ability to work both independently or as an integral member of the team - Good verbal and written communication skills - Excellent project management and prioritization skills - Demonstrated problem solving and multitasking capabilities - Strong personal computer skills - Enjoy working to multiple deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment Johnson & Johnson is a progressive and growing company focused on continuing quality improvement.
