The Driver Trainer (Transportation & Logistics) is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering Risk Services training content to customers, both internally and externally. In consultation with the Risk Services Management, the incumbent will be creating a roadmap for department-wide training and developing a training program that adequately supports department and organizational initiatives.

The Driver Trainer (Transportation & Logistics) will also be responsible for Identifying customer training needs, assist with marketing, promotion and presentation of Northbridge training services. They will establish learning objectives and expected outcomes for training programs, develop content outline of technical and reference material and design presentations, facilitator and participant materials, including job aides, facilitator guides, and evaluation tools.

**You’re great at**:

- Training and development
- Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics Standards and Regulations
- Customer Service

**You have**:

- University Degree or College Diploma and/or industry-specific experience.
- Minimum of 10 years industry related experience.
- CTDP certificate or related education instructional design or course development experience.
- Attained NATMI or equivalent CDT designation an asset.
- Excellent understanding of the Standards, Codes, and Regulations.
- Possession of a valid AZ license in good standing a must.
- B commercial driver’s license in good standing an asset.
- Available for evening and weekend work every now and again.
