Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dieppe Airport is looking to fill the position of **Manager on Duty**.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and serving as a bridge between frontline staff and upper management while monitoring and evaluating employee performance to uphold our standards of excellence.
- Providing hands-on support to various departments during peak periods to ensure seamless operations.
- Handling administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the efficient functioning of the hotel, looking ahead to plan for continued efficiency.
- Conducting regular workplace inspection walk arounds of all areas of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness and adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborating with the Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, and General Manager to identify and implement procedures for enhancing departmental efficiency.
- Undertaking project work and preparing reports as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively in
- Strong problem-solving skills with an objective approach.
- Proficient in time management and a solid understanding of front desk operations in a hotel setting.
