**POSITION: Member Service Representative - Summer Student**

**LOCATION: North Bay Travel Store**:955 McKeown Avenue, North Bay, ON**

**TERM: Full-Time, May - August**

**WAGE: $18.00 per hour**

**Summary Description**

The Member Service Representative t works with CAA members to sell and renew memberships, provide CAA materials, and sell merchandise. Participation in consumer information sessions and other travel-related events as required.

**Job Duties**
- Provide members with Auto Travel materials and related services including maps, and tour books
- Sell, upsell and renew memberships
- Promote and sell travel merchandise
- Answer member/client inquiries

**Qualifications and Skills**:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Enrolled full-time in the previous academic year and returning full-time in the upcoming academic year
- Students registered in Travel & Tourism program or related discipline preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Fluency in both official languages is an asset
