Tostana Café is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate barista to join our team and act as manager If you have a love for coffee, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to learn, this might be the perfect job for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, frappes and iced beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Operate coffee equipment and machinery
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Assist in scheduling and training new staff
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Educate customers about our specialty coffee and brewing methods

**Requirements**:

- A passion for people and coffee
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the café
- Minimum 1 year experience as a barista and in cafe supervisory role

**Schedule**:

- The cafe is open 6 days a week 8:30-6pm.
- Shifts are 7 hours T W T F S
