As the **Organizational Design and Development Specialist**, you will partner with business leaders and HR to lead initiatives that align organizational structures with the company’s strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s future by driving effective design processes and creating a culture of collaboration and innovation.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate current structures and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement organizational structures that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine capability frameworks and service delivery models.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
- Align job roles and structures with the company’s compensation and performance management frameworks.
- Develop and implement standard tools and processes for organizational development at the company.
- Participate in external consultations and procurement processes as necessary.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of organizational design projects and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Lead training and communication efforts to ensure that staff understand and adopt new organizational structures and processes.

**THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development)*
- Minimum 5 years experience in organizational development and design, with a proven track record of managing structural transformations.
- Experience working in a strategic HR or organizational design capacity.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change or transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
- A certification in Organizational Design is an asset.
- Experience working in the insurance industry or related sectors such as finance, risk management, banking, or healthcare is an asset.
- Different combinations of relevant experience and education may be considered.
