**Human Resources Administrator**
Advanced Medical Solutions Inc. (AMS) is hiring a
**full time Human Resources Administrator** to join our team.
This is an opportunity working at our Headquarters in Yellowknife office or in Edmonton, AB with other members of our Administrative Team. If you are looking for a change and different pace of life, then look no further.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Recruitment activities, including creating job postings, interview guides, and job descriptions, posting job advertisements, conducting pre-screens, interviews, and reference checks.
- Employee onboarding, including preparing new hire packages & documentation.
- Employee offboarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete personnel records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to advise on employee changes, as necessary.
- Draft memoranda, correspondence, and other employment documentation.
- Maintain human resources information, polices and procedures and related records systems in compliance with applicable legislation.
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.
- Other duties and project work as assigned.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a diverse and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of applicable employment legislation, and the ability to read and interpret legislation.
- Strong sense of ethics and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
**Education and Experience**
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Business Administration with an HR major, or a related Bachelor with a Human Resources major is required. **New graduates or soon to be graduates are welcome to apply.**:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
- Experience with UKG is an asset
- Prior Healthcare experience is beneficial
