**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while maintaining a focus on their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and ensure proper handling of cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Provide support in achieving store sales goals through effective time management and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and motivation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with technical sales or product knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Experience with cashiering duties is beneficial.
