**BE RELAX** is a Global International Spa located within airports around the world. We are a Paris born company looking to enhance our client's journey through massage therapy and a wide range of specialized products to use while traveling.

**Duties of the Spa Supervisor include**:

- Greets and receives clients/guests in a welcoming manner
- Drives sales through engagement of clients/guests
- Suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
- Replenishing shelves and fixtures with inventory
- Answering to client/guest questions or concerns
- Creates excellent client/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude
- Communicates various promotions to clients and guests
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- Assists in the cleanliness of the location (treatment rooms and common areas)
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Be well-groomed, professional appearance

**Spa Supervisor Skills & Qualifications**

HAVE A PASSION FOR PEOPLE
- Hold a current Esthetician or Cosmetology Diploma/ License
- At least 1-2 years retail sales experience
- At least 1-2 years spa experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ensure compliance with all labour and licensing laws and regulations in relation to business operations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
