Job Description:Join our upscale hair salon located next to the vibrant Whyte Avenue as a Hairstylist on a Chair Rental basis. At Lorenzo Lawrence Salon, we offer a unique opportunity for experienced hairstylists to run their own business within our luxurious establishment. You'll have the freedom to set your own hours, prices, and style while benefiting from our premium salon environment and client base.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and specialized treatments.

2. Maintain a professional and polished appearance in line with our high-end brand.

3. Manage your client appointments, scheduling, and customer relationships.

4. Set and collect chair rental fees on a monthly basis.

5. Keep your workstation and tools clean and organized.

6. Promote and market your services to attract and retain clients.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your skills.

**Requirements**:
1. Valid hairstylist license in the state of Alberta.

2. Proven experience as a hairstylist.

3. Existing client base is a plus but not mandatory.

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

5. Self-motivated, independent, and business-savvy.

6. Willingness to adhere to salon policies and uphold its high standards.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6G 0L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- hair styling: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Hairdressing License (preferred)
