Oomomo is a national Japanese variety lifestyle brand. To cope with our business development, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment to join our amazing team

**_Store Supervisor - First Markham Place_**
- Ensure store service efficiency and productivity which includes overall store operations sales and merchandise display;
- Maintains a healthy level of inventory in designated department;
- Manages customer service levels including cash, cashier and merchandising;
- Ensures cashier/sales associate staff comply with all company’s guidelines;
- Monitor standards of housekeeping and image;
- Participates in Health & Safety reviews;
- Carries out Operations Management duties;
- Maintains and controls cash registers and works with Assistant Manager in order to maintain balanced inventory;
- Oversees human resource function of cash staff, including but not limited to training, coaching and performance management.

**Job Requirement**
- Post-secondary education;
- High integrity and work ethics;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively;
- Organized, detailed oriented and holds sense of ownership;
- Able to communicate in English; ability to read/speak Japanese is a plus;
- Able to perform physical tasks (lifting, working on ladders, etc);
- Flexible work hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays;
- Three closing shifts weekly are required;
- Individuals with relevant work experience will be first considered.
