**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Assemble tires to specifications
- Adhering to all Evolution Wheel Safety standards and policies
- Ability to lift 50 - 70 lbs throughout the day
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate power tools as required
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings and procedures
- Ability to perform physical work and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Detail-oriented and committed to making a quality product above all else
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing including 5S and experience is considered an asset

**Additional Job Information**
- Employees will be required to provide their own steel toe boots and wear them at all times. All other PPE for this position will be provided by Evolution Wheel.
- A driver’s licence is not a requirement for this position; however, employees will need to arrive at work on time.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
