Askinikahtamwak L.P. is a partnership between Frog Lake First Nation, Natural Fibre Technologies, and the Town of Elk Point. As a community-oriented company, it is establishing a manufacturing facility to produce construction materials using natural fibres and cement. The company also manufactures Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) with very high insulation values.

As an equal opportunity employer, the company is looking to hire a Salesperson to drive revenue by selling building materials to clients. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring product delivery. Tasks involve market research, relationship building, and sales strategy execution. Job duties include but not limited to:

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and technical support
- Track and report on sales performance using CRM software
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and promote products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry developments
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product performance
- Generating new leads/business
- Other jobs as assigned

This position requires team members with the following key attributes:

- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven sales experience in the building materials industry
- Adaptability
- Ability to organize
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: From $55,000 annually plus commission

Expected hours: 40 per week
