We are looking for a **Business Credit Analyst** to join our Commercial Services team, so if you’re passionate about commercial lending and have experience with financial analysis, we’d like to hear from you.

**What’s the role?**

Your duties also include:

- Maintaining relationships with a network of key contacts and centres of influence;
- All aspects of credit and financial analysis;
- Recommending accounts for collection and assists in credit collection activities;
- Follows-up on delinquencies and overdrafts;
- Prepares and completes any supporting documentation.

**What are we looking for?**
- University Degree with a preference to business, management, accounting, or finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
- 1-3 years’ experience as a business analyst or small business lending experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Previous commercial lending, accounting experiences, and sales would be an asset.

Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:

- Knowledge of business lending policies and procedures, collection processes inclusive of legal requirements.
- Knowledge of statutory guidelines and regulations governing business lending.
- Knowledge of all Coastal Community products and services.
- Knowledge of the banking system and the Microsoft network of programs.

The salary range for this role fits within this career band. Individual job salary range will vary within the career band, based on the skills and requirements of the job posting.

Full Time annual salary range based on 37.50 hour work week.

Operational Specialist - $53,667.00 - $70,559.00
