**Specifically, You Will**:

- Support, escalate and instruct merchandising users on technical issues with all internal merchandising systems, coordinating with IS as necessary.
- Generate ad-hoc reporting or data extracts as required using various tools.
- Identify knowledge gaps and create/share process improvements to increase merchant knowledge.
- Assist with identifying opportunities for enhancement training, training programs, or job aids based on support requests from the merchandising group.
- Identify knowledge gaps and create/share process improvements to increase merchant knowledge.Identify coaching opportunities and facilitate training sessions with merchants who require additional support.

**Some of what you need**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field or equivalent purchasing experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Knowledge of AS400, Alpha systems would be an asset.
- Experience extracting large data sets with SQL knowledge for analyzing and troubleshooting purposes would be an asset.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience as a category specialist or retail buying with established facilitation skills.Knowledge of retail store and logistic operations would be an asset.
