The Opportunity

The Audio-Visual Support Analyst will report to the Manager of Support Services and is responsible for providing support to all associates and staff.

**What you will do
- Provide user support in conference rooms.
- Work daily in the Montreal office and provide support to all conference room employees.
- Provide technical support to users to help them plan and set up internal and external meetings;
- Work closely with the conference center to organize user meetings;
- Identify problems in theaters and coordinate their repair with the audio-visual vendor.
- Participate in identifying business needs and work to improve the experience with new technologies.
- Event management in cooperation with the other teams in the Montreal office.

**What you bring to the role
- Good ability to organize; ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Have 2-3 years of experience in the audio-visual sector.
- Troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work alone and in a team;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Desire to learn and develop knowledge of the firm and the technologies used; ability to understand the business needs of the firm;
- Interest in understanding user needs and providing quality service;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams is an asset. - Knowledge of different audio-visual technologies.
- Good ability to communicate and work with senior executives.
