**Sales Consultant at Vatero Bath & Kitchen**

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for helping customers enhance their spaces? Vatero Bath & Kitchen, a leader in designer plumbing fixtures, is seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients, offering personalized guidance and presenting product options to meet their needs.
- Highlight product features and benefits, ensuring clients receive solutions that best fit their requirements.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Identify upselling opportunities by recommending complementary products or upgrades.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, closing sales while maintaining profitability.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitor offerings.
- Record client interactions, project details, and sales activities for organized follow-up.
- Process transactions and provide cashiering services when needed.
- Drive outside sales through community networking and event participation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in sales or account management, ideally in plumbing fixtures or a related field.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Proven ability to engage clients and build long-term relationships.
- **Organizational Skills**: Capable of managing multiple accounts with a focus on detail.
- **Basic Math Skills**: Accurate measurements and pricing calculations.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Able to close successful agreements with clients.
- **Additional Skills**: Multilingual abilities are a plus; familiarity with design principles is beneficial but not required.
- **Availability**: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Concord, ON L4K 2A1. This is a 5-day workweek role, with **mandatory weekend availability**.

Pay: $62,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
