Gutter Cleaning Technician (Founding Team Member)

Job Description: We are excited to announce the launch of our new gutter cleaning company in Montreal, Quebec, and we are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join us as a Gutter Cleaning Technician and become a part of our founding team. As a Gutter Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in establishing our company and providing top-notch gutter cleaning services to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform gutter cleaning services in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Safely and efficiently climb ladders and access rooftops to clean gutters.
- Use provided equipment and tools to remove debris, leaves, and other obstructions from gutters.
- Ensure thorough cleaning of gutters to promote proper water flow and prevent blockages.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working at heights.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
- Communicate effectively with the company's scheduling team to coordinate job assignments.
- Keep track of completed jobs and provide necessary documentation as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must not have a fear of heights and be comfortable working on rooftops and ladders.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Access to a vehicle, preferably a truck, until the company provides one.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility with working hours as the schedule may vary initially, but will eventually transition to a 9-5 timeframe based on job demands.
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to work.
- Preferably speaks French & English (Doesn't need to be fluent)
- Enthusiasm for being a part of the founding team and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Hourly wage: $25 per hour.
- All necessary equipment and tools will be provided.
- Insurance coverage (liability and worker's compensation) will be provided.
- Opportunity to be a part of the founding team and contribute to the company's growth and direction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
