**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as a **Food Service Supervisor (LTC) **we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Liaise with residents, families, LTC team to establish and maintain optimal resident care.
- Collaborate with Register Dietitian
- LTC menu development
- Creation and management of seating plans for dining rooms.
- Participate in the budgeting process
- Recruitment/management of all Food Service employees
- Experience supervising in a unionized environment.
- Use of Kronos payroll and scheduling software.
- Staff scheduling and replacement.
- Financial management of Food Services department, including budgeting

Think you have what it takes to be our Food Service Supervisor (LTC)? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you will be successful:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in a supervisory/management role in LTC
- Completion of post-secondary education in Food Service Management Diploma program, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Nutrition.
- Current member of the CSNM.
- Current Advanced (management level) Food Handler Certificate.
- Knowledge of the MOH-LTC Regulations for Resident Dining in LTC Food Services.
- Knowledge of Public Health Regulation, Sanitation Code, WHMIS, Occupational Health & Safety.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
