We are excited to be hiring a Site Supervisor who will be responsible for the supervision of all on-site construction activities. You will ensure a high standard of workmanship that our clients are accustomed to receiving while maintaining a safe & effective work environment for all.

As a valued member of Quoin, you will:
Be responsible for all on-site activities.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Be a leader in Health and Safety, mandate safe work practices at all times.

Collaborate with the Project Managers to develop a plan of action & sequence of activities.

Foster excellent relationships with vendors, consultants, clients, landlords and other project stakeholders.

Provide escort of clients, consultants, authorities, and other visitors on the jobsite.

Manage arrangements and activities with building services, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

You will bring to the team:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in construction.

The ability to visualize the entire project, look ahead to prepare for next steps, anticipate issues and provide solutions.

A sound knowledge of construction techniques, plan & specification reading, methods and procedures.

Experience working in occupied settings, respect for the impact of construction on the activities of others.

Leadership maintaining vendor performance, quality control, timeliness & safety.

Current knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legislations.

A self-starter with good organizational and time management skills.

The ability to work independently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with software and Apps; particularly Procore, SiteDocs and MS Office.

The willingness to be a team player, ready to “roll up your sleeves” when needed.

Your own reliable transportation.

Flexibility to meet the needs of our customers by working rotating shifts; days, nights and weekends as may be required.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
