**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities f
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.
- Filling and other administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Restoration/ construction knowledge is an asset
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus, enhancing the ability to assist customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
