Sales Representative

Soleno designs, manufactures, and distributes high quality products to control and manage rainwater efficiently, ecologically, and sustainably. We operate several manufacturing and distribution facilities in Eastern Canada. We are looking for an Agriculture & Forestry Sales Representative for the **Central Ontario** region.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:
- Use convincing assertions to present, promote and sell solutions, products, and services to existing and potential customers
- Conduct cost benefit and needs analysis to meet the requirement of existing and potential customers
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain positive business relationships
- Develop a network of Agriculture & Forestry industry contacts
- Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments
- Analyze territory and market potential, monitor sales and status reports
- Manage supplies and produce reports on customer needs, issues, interests, commercial activities and potential for new products and services
- Keep up to date on best practices and promotional trends
- Represent the company in various industry activities
**Requirements**:
- College diploma in sales or university degree
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the Agriculture et Forestry industries and sales
- Excellent communication, leadership, and innovation
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure
- Presence on the ground and frequent travel
