The Customer Sales Associate plays a key role in enhancing brand presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences through direct marketing strategies. In this position, you will help drive outreach initiatives, build meaningful customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our campaigns.

**Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities**:

- Initiate engaging and insightful conversations with potential customers to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating product or service benefits to the public.
- Accurately track and record all customer interactions and sales.
- Attend and actively participate in sales training and development sessions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records, ensuring accurate processing of transactions.
- Support day-to-day promotional campaign operations and contribute ideas for campaign growth and improvement.

**Customer Sales Associate Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, community outreach, or similar roles is preferred.
- Direct experience as a Customer Sales Associate is highly desirable.
- College coursework in marketing, communications, business, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
- Charismatic, outgoing, and confident when engaging with customers in-person.
- Availability for full-time work, including some weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
