**What We Offer**

  • **Required**: Valid G driver’s license and personal transportation.
  • **Preferred**: AR or DZ license (asset) and a clean driver’s abstract.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

  • Interpret landscape designs and understand grading, drainage, and elevations.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as skid steers, excavators, stone saws, and compactors.
  • Maintain a **safety-first** approach in all tasks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Provide clear communication on project progress to assist with material and labor tracking.
  • Take ownership of tasks, embrace challenges, and hold yourself accountable for results.
  • Coordinate with management to establish project timelines and resource allocation.

- Perform various landscape construction tasks, including but not limited to

  • Tree and shrub planting
  • Material handling and site preparation
  • Grading and leveling soil, mulch, and aggregates
  • Installing and cutting pavers
  • Conduct daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
