_**Facility Attendant - Evenings & Weekends**_
The Deer Run Community Association is a charitable organization established to enhance the quality of life for members of the surrounding communities through social, cultural, recreational, and leisure opportunities.
- **Primary Responsibilities**:_
**Operations Administration**
- Act as central point of contact for all facility users and public inquiries
- Open and/or close the facility
- Assist the input and management of member and rental related information
- Collaborate with other staff, volunteers, tenants, members of the community and key stakeholders on various projects or events
- Set-up/Tear Down for community events and facility renters, if required
- Ensure facility is maintained in clean, orderly shape liaising with staff, contractors, and volunteers as necessary for cleaning, facility maintenance, etc. All staff are required to participate in enhanced cleaning/disinfecting procedures as well as snow removal to ensure the facility is safe
- Maintain the safety and security of the facility and its users
- Handling of money, point-of-sale transactions, and completion daily transaction records
- Other administrative duties as required

- **Qualifications & Experience**:_
This role requires previous experience working in a front line capacity. Experience or work within the recreation facility and/or non-profit sector is preferred.
Previous experience with Microsoft 365 and Teams is considered an asset.
