**Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge in Mexican food preparation
- Fluent Spanish is a prerequisite
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management, food handling, and food safety practices
- Excellent supervisory and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Pay: $19.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
