MiLo Group Ltd. is looking for a **Mechanical Draftsperson** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support our project managers and drafting supervisors in designing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality mechanical systems for construction projects.

**What You'll Do**:

- Focus on mechanical drafting and design
- Assist with markups & design for coordination with various trades in the industry
- Conduct equipment/material takeoffs and selection
- Support site coordination, markups, and mechanical details
- Help design plumbing and HVAC systems and perform calculations
- Distribute drawings, manage drawing reviews, coordinate across trades, and maintain drawing control
- Convert and standardize architectural, structural, and civil drawings to MiLo formats
- Select equipment, prepare specs, and help cut custom sheet metal parts

**What We're Looking For**:

- Knowledge of MiLo products and terminology (we’ll help you get up to speed if you’re new)
- Industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, and Word
- Mechanical system design and calculation skills
- Revit is useful, but not required

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
