**Job Summary**:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating Installation projects. They will work closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.

**Key Experience**:
Construction and Landscape Construction
PMP Certification
Essential Duties:
**Client Facing**:
Manage communications with the client/owner
Coordination of meetings as per the contract requirements with the client/owner
Contract Administration
Creation and maintenance of project Schedule (on time, on budget within contract)

**BNP Facing**
Managing timelines for deliverables by internal team members
Conducting post-project evaluation to track profitability
Manage Project AR & AP & WIP
Evaluate projects for compliance with CSA/ASTM and AODA/ADA, as well as local requirements.

Sub Contractors & Vendor Facing
Contract Administration
Procurement (Setting up vendor accounts)
Quality Control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
