**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs in our daycare facility. Your passion for animals and commitment to providing excellent care will help create a positive experience for both the dogs and their owners.

We are currently looking for **TWO** individuals who have **weekday afternoon availability** **AND weekend availability**

**Duties**
- Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness of the daycare area by regularly cleaning up after the dogs, sanitizing play spaces and general maintenance of the indoor and outdoor play areas.
- Feed, administer medications and provide fresh water to dogs according to their specific dietary needs.
- Monitor dog behaviour and intervene when necessary to prevent conflicts or accidents.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behaviour, needs, and any concerns that may arise.
- Assist with heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or large dogs as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to dog handling and customer service.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with pet owners and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring the safety of both yourself and the animals in your care.
- Excellent communication skills to relay important information about the dogs to their owners.
- A genuine love for animals, with a strong understanding of dog behaviour and body language.
- Team player mentality, working collaboratively with other staff members to provide the best care possible.
- Extreme attention to details to effectively record any and all necessary information on each furry guest
