Dumpling & Bun Maker (Factory Position)

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare a variety of traditional Chinese pastries, mainly dumplings and buns;
Skilled in hand-wrapping dumplings and buns;
Operate steamers and other kitchen equipment efficiently;
Assist the team with daily production tasks and ensure product quality.

Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety standards.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Chinese pastry or dim sum preparation;
Strong physical condition, able to handle repetitive tasks in a factory setting.

Proficient in using commercial steamers and kitchen tools;
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

Compensation: $17.4
