We believe on promoting from within, and this is why we are looking for two new team members to join our compliance, operations, and processing team - or as we like to call it “The COP Shop”. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a group of energetic, intelligent, and results-focused team members in a fun work atmosphere.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Here’s what you would be doing:

- Data entry with adherence to strict deadlines
- Compliance checking files to ensure accuracy and underwriting criteria is followed
- Work with insurance company personnel to navigate various situations
- Participate in internal operational projects as the need arises

**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS**
- With a detail-oriented personality, you have exceptional data entry skills, entering data accurately and quickly
- You are self-motivated and can work independently
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You are flexible and can adapt to change / maintain a positive attitude throughout
- You have effective problem-solving skills and are comfortable with technology
- You have 3+ years insurance industry experience, however we open to less experience for the right fit
- Experience with Applied Epic would be an asset but is not required
- Experience with insurance company portals would be an asset but is not required

**SALARY**
To be negotiated based on education, experience and qualifications.
