**FINANCIAL ANALYST - CONSOLIDATION**

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You consolidate various business segments monthly using Solver BI360.
- You prepare & analyse the consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statement.
- You analyze and report on the performance of our various business segments and collaborate with various stakeholders to understand the performance of the business segments.
- You create and improve analyses using the Power BI tool.
- You take part in drawing up the annual budget.
- You prepare all documentation intended for the board of Directors and the external auditors.
- You take part in the year-end audit process and in the complete preparation of the financial statements.
- You develop & maintain the profitability matrix impacting our minority investors ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- You contribute to the integration of new business segments and acquisitions in the consolidation process.
- You participate to the improvement of the current consolidation process and the allocation methodology of the various expenditures.
- You ensure that new business segments and acquisitions are properly accounted for in the consolidation process.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline and a CPA designation (CFE completed at minimum).
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the industry and/or in a complex multi-company environment.
- You are bilingual (French and English) as you will need to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees in other provinces.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or Solver BI360 (Asset).
- You have great skills at multi-tasking and adapting to changing needs of the organization.
