**Starting Pay: $25/hour**

Are you highly organized, creative, and passionate about helping businesses grow? Do you enjoy supporting entrepreneurs, managing details, and making processes run smoothly? ONESource Moving Solutions is expanding our franchise system, and we are looking for a **Franchise Development Assistant** to join our team.

This role is key to helping our franchisees succeed by providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support. You’ll also work closely with our leadership team to strengthen our brand presence and ensure our growing women-owned business continues to thrive.

Main Responsibilities

**Franchise Support & Onboarding (Primary Focus)**:

- Assist with franchisee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the system.
- Help develop, organize, and deliver training materials.
- Support franchisees with day-to-day operational questions and provide guidance.
- Maintain organized files and resources in Google Workspace for easy access.

**Marketing & Brand Development**:

- Create visually engaging materials using Canva.
- Assist with social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support event planning, community outreach, and promotional initiatives.
- Help maintain consistency in branding across all franchisee communications.

**Administrative & Organizational Support**:

- Organize documents, presentations, and training resources.
- Track progress of franchisees during onboarding and training.
- Provide reporting and updates to the Franchise Development team.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support company growth.

- **Tech Proficient**: Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- **Supportive & Professional**: You enjoy helping others succeed and can build strong relationships.
- **Adaptable & Driven**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
- **Experience**: Background in marketing, training, or administrative support preferred.
