Role Responsibility:
As a Security Guard with FLASH SECURITY, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our client’s safety and security. You will use your communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to remain calm under pressure, think quickly on your feet and maintain a professional manner. Our Security Guards must always project a professional image for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
FLASH SECURITY is Canada’s leading provider of security solutions. Our company specializes in hiring and training security professionals to meet all of our client’s needs. At FLASH SECURITY we have partnered with many major companies in securing, Retail Stores, office buildings, commercial properties, warehouses, distribution centers, hospitals, condominiums, and residential sites. Currently, we are seeking Security Guards for one of our major client sites.

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions

Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:

- Essential Employment Requirements:

- Must have flexible availability to work various shifts
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Valid Provincial Security Guard license
- Minimum High school education/equivalence
- Must demonstrate having 1- 2 years of relevant security experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time

About the Company:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
