Cleaner Technician

**COMMON AREA(S)**
- Clean reception area (dust chairs and furniture, sanitize telephone handsets, sweep and mop)
- Clean hallways (sweep and mop)
- Vacuum carpets, floor mats and runners
- Clean / sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies and paper products
- Clean / sanitize shower area, dust and mop (once per week)
- Clean / sanitize all surfaces in kitchen, including exterior of appliances and front of cupboards
- Clean interior of fridges (once per month)
- Clean windows / glass door inserts (interior and exterior)
- Empty all garbage receptacles into dump area
- Vacuum and mop shop floor with supplied IMOP Machine.

**OFFICE AREA(S)**
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust / damp wipe desks and tables
- Empty all garbage cans and replace liners

**SCHEDULE**
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday to start
- 6:00pm to 11:00pm
