We are a local bakery dedicated to providing good food with real ingredients. We specialize in long ferment sourdough breads and baked goods, crafted by hand in small batches using locally milled flours. Our community is our backyard; we focus on sourcing local ingredients and creating strong relationships with the food entrepreneurs in our area.

WE ARE HIRING | FRESH FOODS PRODUCTION ASSISTANT + RUNNER

1. Support kitchen lead with food preparation as assigned, and manage tasks efficiently. Ensure all items are prepped in advance and ready for service prior to peak traffic times

2. Support middle house breakfast and lunch service during operating hours

3. Reporting shortages and maintaining prepped food inventory

4. Managing product waste to drive lower overall cost of goods.

5. Running food orders to customers and ensuring customers are satisfied with their orders

6. Support with managing the chit board and ensuring all orders are being executed in order + on time.

7. Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning lists; including bussing and cleaning tables after running food

8.Continued education of all FOH recipes, and ingredients, and preparation standards.

9. Support during peak traffics times in FOH on Cash when required. This role will be trained on both FOH and BOH roles.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Experience in kitchen working with food and preparing menu items

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
